Checkout layouts

Make possible to choose or at least customize the layout of the checkout.

Would be very useful to have one / two columns designs and also multi-step checkout for each layout (fill info and find user -> shipping options -> summary and payment).

We are in the process of looking into and adding one/two columns settings in the plugin.
As for multistep, since Klarna Checkout handles both address and payment info and none of these can be ignored a multistep checkout is not relevant for Klarna Checkout.
